The 2026 Women in Mission celebrated the missionary calling of women during Women’s History Month.

This special gathering recognized women within our community who serve others with a missionary heart; it also marked significant milestones made possible through the faithful witness of women living their faith in action:

  • 60th anniversary of the incorporation of the Office for World Mission

  • 45 years of being United at the Heart with our archdiocesan sister parish, La Sagrada Familia

  • 100th anniversary of World Mission Sunday, embracing Pope Leo’s 2026 theme, One in Christ, United in Mission

  • Women in Mission is our annual celebration honoring the faith, leadership, and services of women whose lives reflect the call to mission.
