2026 MCP Parish Preference Form

Society for the Propagation of the Faith Archdiocese of Milwaukee

Each year, parishes are required, as determined by the Archbishop, to welcome a mission appeal as part of the Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP). The Society for the Propagation of the Faith (SPOF) in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee is responsible for pairing parishes with mission groups for the MPC. We are dedicated to finding the best mission group for your parish. This year, we are implementing a new way of gathering information for the MCP Parish Preference Form, so we can assign a group that fits your parish’s needs and capacity.

Please complete the 2025 Parish Preference Form by January 20, 2026.

Instructions

1. Find your parish’s pastor’s or parish director’s name on the list below.

2. Download the file to your computer.

3. Update any incorrect or incomplete information and/or your current needs. (The information on the form was taken from the 2025 MCP Parish Preference Form submitted by your parish to our office last year.)

4. Save the updated file on your computer by adding 2025MCP after the pastor’s name (i.e. Rev._John_Schmidt_2025MCP) and email the completed form to: laingmartinezl@archmil.org
   

Parishes Requesting A Twinning Relationship for MCP

As part of our commitment to supporting twinning relationships in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, we allow parishes to welcome their twinning relationship as part of MCP. Parishes inviting their twin for MCP must agree to abide by all Missionary Cooperation Plan rules. If you cannot agree to all items, you will be assigned a different Mission Group; however, you may continue supporting your twin outside the MCP process.
